I recieved my MacBook pro in as new condition. I am delighted with the vast amount of money I have saved with not buying new from the high street. Arrived on time and as described, bought ‘fair’ so expected it to have taken a beating. Pleasantly surprised! In nearly new condition, the tiniest of marks on the bezel at the bottom of the screen, looks like someone closed the lid on a ringbound notepad while coming back from a meeting. Very happy, robust high performing laptop. Battery lasts well too!

So far so good. It’s my first Mac so I’m getting used to it. It’s in great condition. The pad was a bit slow but I’ve speed this up and hopefully I’m swiping in the right place. Really pleased with it after a week.

Laptop arrived in 3 days and although I paid for a 'fair' condition laptop, it's perfect. No wear, no scratches, looks and runs like new. Very pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely buy from Backmarket again. Many thanks!

Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

All good as I use it for my music and cabaret shows but when it's plugged in the mains I get a slight interference over my PA system. I may have to get another mains unit as this one may be faulty. But overall I am very pleased
