Excellent sound as you would expect from an Apple product. These were rated Excellent, but the mesh on the headphones had creases in them. Doesn't affect the performance but they are meant to be like new, and these weren't.

Such a good deal. I’m not much of a tech guru so I really can’t tell any difference from a new product. The sound quality is amazing and all the audio features are so cool. Yet to see how good the battery life is

Honestly, I have always seen reviews on here and thought they were fake but I am quite happy with my order. Got the airpods in excellent condition, and there were scratched on the buds themselves, but nothing you could feel in your ears themselves. The sound was immaculate, as if the pair were brand new - would definitely purchase from here again, and bar the scratches, everything was great.

The case was really lovely. I loved the fact that it was like cotton inside and the outer part was rubber not plastic meaning even if my phone should drop, there won't be much impact because of the case. The screen guard was also authentic.

Hello, I regularly order phones for my family from BackMarket, I like the easy process. But it is worth checking the condition thoroughly: face recognition of first iPhone from BackMarket did not work despite running several updates (I did not complain back then). Now another ordered iPhone has several, visible scratches on the screen - this time I am asking BackMarket to fix it.
