5/5I absolutely adore my old-new (refurbished) iPad 9.7 (2018). Not only did I get it for a fantastic price - I thought I'd plump for 'good' condition as it was so affordable - it is in mint condition. The perfect size for travel! I would not buy refurbished anywhere else.

4.6/5Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. Would certainly come back in future to by a reconditioned piece of tech saving myself money instead of buying new!

The screen is immaculate, and there isn’t a single scratch or blemish to be found. The performance is outstanding, handling all my apps and multitasking needs effortlessly. Battery life is excellent, lasting me through the entire day with ease. Given the cost savings compared to a brand new unit, this refurbished iPad is an absolute steal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality tablet at a great price!

Only negative feedback is that with the cable of this iPad I didn’t actually get a plug… (shrug) And even though it’s refurbished, I think for the price you should still include that . 4.8/5I was a bit hesitant at first about buying a reconditioned IPad but I only wanted it for upstairs to control heating and use the radio, and check emails now and again, so I didn’t want the expense of a new one. The IPad arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I charged it up and set it up. All my info and details was downloaded from the ICloud, no problem. It works like brand new and I am extremely pleased with it. There were some small scratches on the sides but hardly noticeable. I put the IPad is in a protective case anyway, so it doesn’t matter. A professional and quality company I would highly recommend.

5/5Great price and fast delivery. The 12 month warranty makes a big difference for me when choosing a refurbished tech supplier. Many only give 3 months max. The 'very good' condition of my iPad is indeed accurate. It looks as if it was never used.

4.1/5Overall happy with the experience of buying an iPad. I've had refurbished before and all round a great way to buy expensive tech. The only issue I had was that although I bought Very Good quality, the iPad didn't come in a box but just bubble wrapped in a thin sheet and thin cardboard sleeve and a cheap tiny cable. I think the seller was lucky it arrived still in good condition as there was no fragile stickers or anything. So be prepared for that potential depending on which supplier you go with.

4.1/5Initial impressions of the iPad I bought from Back Market are good. Condition for a refurbished tablet could not be faulted and it seems to function all as it should. No way of knowing if paying for faster delivery actually made any difference but it did arrive, well packaged, by the time specified. Back Market are certainly worth a look for your tech device needs.

4.5/5Infuriating that it is impossible to speak to anyone about the payment you owe me for the trade in. It is not acceptable that you ask for passport details. It is very suspicious. And your link to contact you for help on the feedback email is broken. Many days ago you indicated you would send me the payment. I have spent a whole hour this morning trying to contact you this. What a shame you have such terrible customer service that leads you round in circles and does not answer a question. The refurbished iPad you sent is great, but the trade in service is hopeless.
