Love my refurbished MacBook Air. The speed that it was delivered and the high quality of the computer turned an sh*tty situation (two awful people, seen on CCTV, stole my bag with my laptop in it) into a much better one. The price was great too, If I ever have something stolen from me again, which I hope doesn't happen or I'm looking to upgrade an existing device I'll look at BackMarket (good pun btw) again.

Coming from someone who has never bought a phone second hand, I decided to upgrade from my Samsung S21 to IPhone 15 Pro Max and I’m not going to buy a new phone again. The phone I bought with “good” quality, battery is 86% health but with no scratches, dents or ANY faults, absolutely perfect. I would suggest just researching who the refurbish company is that does the phone and if they’re good or not. Worth it.

Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. I remember reading other reviews about refurbished macs last week and thinking these were lies and exaggerated. I got the final push from my brother and ordered it on the 12th of December at 12:53am . It was scheduled to come between the 16th - 17th. On the 13th of December by a phone call, to the DPD driver downstairs with my Macbook Pro. GUYS I PROMISE THIS IS NOT SPONSORED, I was impressed with everything, I had doubts that it was too good to be true but so far everything is perfect, the battery health is 98%. My wife was even more skeptical, but now she's looking at her HP probook differently. Honestly, I am never buying a new macbook or iPad Pro again if this is the quality to expect with excellent grade refurbs. The charger provider is a 100W USB-C replacement charger. I am having to restrain myself from buying the iPad Pro M4 2024 now. I am a graphic designer in training so I am so happy with the fact that I can afford these devices I need much easier.

I bought this phone for my wife to finally upgrade her old iPhone 8! She didn’t want the latest or a brand-new one, so we went with a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max from BackMarket. Happy with purchase delivery was delay by one day but they updated me. I brought in good condition it was very good condition. only little scratch on back that was expected for refurbished product it the 3rd time I brought from back market including ps4 ,iPhone 12 pro max and this iPad 7 gen 2019 will defo purchase more stuff in the future 😊
