I'm really pleased with this MacBook Air. It was advertised as refurbished in excellent condition, and it arrived exactly as described. Cosmetically, it looks fantastic with no visible wear. It genuinely looks brand new. The battery health is 95%, which exceeded my expectations for a refurbished device and gives me confidence it has plenty of life left. Performance has been excellent too and the M1 chip is fast and responsive for everyday tasks. I'd happily recommend it to anyone considering a refurbished MacBook.

Great watch! It arrived in immaculate condition and looked brand new. It was registered in a Middle Eastern country, so I just selected the nearest option to the UK during setup. It works perfectly and was half the price of buying new. I'd never heard of Back Market before this purchase, but based on my experience, I'd highly recommend them.

Coming from a failing 2016 Intel MacBook Pro, the difference is honestly night and day. The M1 chip still feels incredibly fast, and paired with 16GB of RAM, I never feel constrained even when multitasking across multiple applications. Looking back, choosing a refurbished Mac instead of repairing my old machine was absolutely the right decision. Repairing my previous MacBook would have cost almost as much as buying this one, yet I would still have been using a much older Intel laptop. Instead, I now have a machine that feels modern, fast, reliable, and should comfortably serve me for years. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with both the laptop and the entire purchasing experience. It arrived in excellent condition, was easy to set up, and performs really well for everyday use as well as more demanding tasks. The battery life has been good, and everything works exactly as expected. I’m also happy to have chosen a refurbished device—it’s a great way to save money while making a more environmentally friendly choice. I bought this as a replacement for an iPad Pro that my daughter had left on a plane. It arrived in perfect condition, you simply would not know it was a reconditioned device. My daughter loves it and the fact it has 256GB of storage is a huge bonus too.

After initially ordering the exact same laptop from a third party seller on Amazon and having to return it because the camera wasn’t working, I decided to do a deeper dive into the refurbished electronics market. From all the research I did, it became clear that rather than buying refurbished devices from random third party Amazon sellers, Back Market seemed to have far better checks and systems in place specifically for refurbished products. I placed an order and it arrived on time. I’ve been using the laptop for a few days now and so far I haven’t found any issues. The only downside was the battery health sitting at 80%, but I suppose that comes with choosing a device rated as “Good”. Hopefully this one serves me as well as my previous 2016 MacBook Pro, which I bought used in 2019 and only just replaced in 2026. That laptop still works perfectly fine. I never had to replace or repair anything on it. The only real issue was that the processor had started struggling with the heavy creative apps I regularly use, and the fan would scream anytime I pushed it too hard. I’ll probably pass it on to my nephew. I’m hoping this new one gives me at least another five years without problems. The M1 chip is genuinely a huge upgrade. I honestly feel like I’ve been living under a rock. The seamless connection with my iPhone 15 Pro is incredible.

I was initially a little unsure as this was a new seller with no reviews, but I’m very happy I went ahead. The iPad arrived in excellent, like-new Premium condition and came in an Apple Certified Refurbished box. Everything works perfectly and it also has Apple warranty coverage. Very happy with the purchase and would happily buy from this seller again.

Absolutely fantastic, I was stocked on how quickly and efficiently everything went. Basically I crashed my previous iPhone 13 mini green and the whole backside was cracked - but everything else was functional. I looked up back glass replacement prices and then compared to BackMarket options and it was cheaper for me to trade my broken iPhone for the same refurbished phone rather than pay t replace the backside! I chose "fair condition" option for the new phone but when I received it I could not see any wear and tear at all - maybe a few unnoticeable microscopic bits upon examination with a magnifying glass - it feels like a brand new phone - the battery is better than my last phone and it is not cracked. This was a perfect solution for me who wanted to keep the original small phone and did not want to upgrade. Will definitely also get a refurbished laptop from these guys later when I need one because they do such a good job and it feels great not to give money to Apple again and fall into this scam with apple care. Purchased this laptop after doing a bit of research. Needed something that was fast enough for work. So far hasn't disappointed. I opted for Good condition I'd say the laptop is better than good. Hardly any marks, battery life seems good so far, lasting a good few hours before needing to recharge, and obviously depending on how much im using it.

I was a bit hesitant on buying this after seeing mix review but i decided to bite the bullet and purchase it, This is a completely honest review. First things first, I ordered this on Sunday, And it arrived on Tuesday, So basically one business day, The delivery itself went smoothly and nothing to complain about to be honest, They use DHL as the service and a solid delivery company just like anyone else, Next, I opened the package, This was packed securely, They use the standard BackMarket packaging and add an extra layer to the phone, So far 10/10 service. I unwrapped the device and it was amazing, No scratches whatsoever on the screen nor the back and it’s looked practically brand new, I set it up, Checked the battery health and it was 90%, My current 12 Pro Max has health of 92% so I couldn’t notice much of a difference, I made it go through the diagnostics tool that Apple has inbuilt and it passed every single one of them, Paid for excellent, Got excellent. The only downside is me purchasing a physical sim but got esim instead, It works the exact same and esim slots turns out to be more expensive so I guess it’s a win-win situation. If you are hesitant of buying from best4tech, this review is a completely honest and my experience with them, It can depend on the device and it is like a lucky chance but my expense with them is good and definitely would be buying in the near future.

I really like my MacBook Air. It looks new and is lightweight and works well. I’m glad I got a reconditioned one as it was affordable. I haven’t used it a lot yet but the battery seems fine. I’m happy with my purchase.

The device honestly came like brand new, 1x Apple 140w Fast Charger and Power Cable and another 3rd party fast charger were included which was a nice touch. Battery as advertised was brand new 100% with 0 charge cycles. Ignore the finger prints on the device on my review images!

The battery health which was 92% is fine with me even with heavy gaming… A battery is actually cheap to replace from an authorised Apple store that is (Genuine parts), also this refurbished phone has all the genuine parts not a single red flag on any of my diagnostic, so I know that the battery is the actual stainless steel shell one which is crucial for the performance….👍NOTE to do a built in diagnostic test you need to power off your device fully, wait 3 seconds, press volume up and volume down BUT as soon as you press those volume buttons at the same time together you need to plug the charger in at the exact same time, once you see the apple logo, LET GO of the volume up and down buttons, your device will then go into diagnostic mode… ⭐️5/5 Hugely recommend, running Fortnite medium graphics, locked at 60, even hitman 3 aka world of assassination, which is a series S/X game btw 🎮 not just that sniper elite 4 runs at a locked 60fps on this device, hitman absolution locked at 60fps, the list truly does go on… It’s a powerhouse, ultimate beast of a mobile ❤️all games mentioned are in App Store btw…

I’m delighted with refurbished iphone 15 and the ease of ordering and quick delivery. Received well packaged within 2 days of ordering. Phone came with 100% battery charge and screen and case with not a mark on them and in excellent condition. Along with the phone the package also included USB-C charger cable, stylus, nib to remove SIM, a cheekysmiley pop up phone holder and leaflet with simple instructions on how to transfer data from old iPhone by Apple Quick Start. As a ‘senior’ technophobe I thought the transfer process may be beyond my capabilities but all went relatively smoothly (with a few blips of my own doing!) All data etc transferred within an hour. This time included unpairing Apple Watch from old phone and pairing with new. Also time spent verifying banking apps. on a new device. I definitely recommend Backmarket if you want to upgrade your phone with a great saving. Had phone a week and so far so good. Delighted 🤩

Performance has been excellent—the laptop is fast, responsive, and handles everyday tasks with ease. Everything runs smoothly, from browsing the web and streaming videos to working with documents and multitasking. The sound quality is surprisingly good, and the backlit keyboard is a great feature that makes typing in low-light conditions much easier. Battery life seems to be pretty good, will give you a decent amount of battery hours when unplugged. Overall, the laptop feels solid, looks good despite the small cosmetic marks, and offers excellent value for the price. If you're considering a refurbished Dell Latitude 7400, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
