I'm so pleased! My refurbished MacBook Air 15-inch (2023) - Apple M2 8-core and 10-core GPU - 8GB RAM - SSD 256GB arrived in its original box with Serial No. looking absolutely pristine, as though it was brand new. I found it hard to imagine anyone had ever used it. There's not a mark on it. Once fired up, it was easy to set up, and easy for it to hook up with my iPhone 17 and slightly older, smaller MacBook Air. This was money well spent. When my discount code didn't work, BackMarket issued me my discount anyway. Next time I need anything tech, and particularly anything Apple, I'll check to find availability on BackMarket first! Absolutely fantastic, I was stocked on how quickly and efficiently everything went. Basically I crashed my previous iPhone 13 mini green and the whole backside was cracked - but everything else was functional. I looked up back glass replacement prices and then compared to BackMarket options and it was cheaper for me to trade my broken iPhone for the same refurbished phone rather than pay t replace the backside! I chose "fair condition" option for the new phone but when I received it I could not see any wear and tear at all - maybe a few unnoticeable microscopic bits upon examination with a magnifying glass - it feels like a brand new phone - the battery is better than my last phone and it is not cracked. This was a perfect solution for me who wanted to keep the original small phone and did not want to upgrade. Will definitely also get a refurbished laptop from these guys later when I need one because they do such a good job and it feels great not to give money to Apple again and fall into this scam with apple care. I recently bought a MacBook Pro M1 from Back Market, and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. This was my first time buying a refurbished/used device, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. There are a couple of very minor cosmetic marks on the body, including a tiny chip on one of the corners, but it’s barely noticeable and absolutely nothing that bothers me. The biggest surprise for me was the battery health. The listing said it was suitable for everyday use, but I was still curious to see what the actual battery condition would be. When I turned it on and saw 97% battery health, I was genuinely delighted! Overall, the MacBook looks fantastic and works perfectly. I originally wanted to order one in “Excellent” condition, but they had sold out, so I went with “Good” instead — and honestly, I’m so glad I did. Massive thanks to Back Market for the great MacBook and, even more importantly, for properly testing and checking it before sending it out. I’ll definitely consider buying refurbished again!

The battery is good, the keyboard is comfortable, and everything was easy to set up. I bought it for my college studies and it has been perfect for everything I need. Absolutely delighted with this, it's like new, and a million times better than my old ailing one which this replaced. It was delivered the day after I ordered in perfect condition, securely packaged, and now that I have migrated everything over it's just like having a new MacBook Air without the ridiculous price. I’m delighted with refurbished iphone 15 and the ease of ordering and quick delivery. Received well packaged within 2 days of ordering. Phone came with 100% battery charge and screen and case with not a mark on them and in excellent condition. Along with the phone the package also included USB-C charger cable, stylus, nib to remove SIM, a cheekysmiley pop up phone holder and leaflet with simple instructions on how to transfer data from old iPhone by Apple Quick Start. As a ‘senior’ technophobe I thought the transfer process may be beyond my capabilities but all went relatively smoothly (with a few blips of my own doing!) All data etc transferred within an hour. This time included unpairing Apple Watch from old phone and pairing with new. Also time spent verifying banking apps. on a new device. I definitely recommend Backmarket if you want to upgrade your phone with a great saving. Had phone a week and so far so good. Delighted 🤩
