So I got this for my friend, three weeks after I got mine. Exact same model and condition, it looks as new as mine did. No complaints at all. This is my 4th purchase from back market in 3 months and all my devices are literally soooo good. I’d always choose refurbished over new tech tbh

I am genuinely so pleased with it, you would think it was a new one. I would definitely recommend Back Market and would use again.

The iPad I purchased was pristine,for a refurbished product, best price ,and believe me I scoured the net. I also received adapter and charging cable,which I never have with other refurbished products I have bought.👍

I was a bit hesitant at first about buying a reconditioned IPad but I only wanted it for upstairs to control heating and use the radio, and check emails now and again, so I didn’t want the expense of a new one. The IPad arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I charged it up and set it up. All my info and details was downloaded from the ICloud, no problem. It works like brand new and I am extremely pleased with it. There were some small scratches on the sides but hardly noticeable. I put the IPad is in a protective case anyway, so it doesn’t matter. A professional and quality company I would highly recommend.

Purchased for my elderly mum as a replacement to her 5th generation iPad. I’m used to purchasing reconditioned items from various sellers so I thought it might be a good idea to head down that road with the IPad. This is the time I’ve used backmarket. Easy enough to navigate website and IPad was delivered when stated. Customer services not used so unable to comment. As mentioned in product header the condition was considered ‘good’. The iPad had some grubby marks and scratches on the back, but that didn’t bother her as that’s all hidden away within a very tough case I purchased separately from Amazon. She’s had the iPad for a week and she only uses it for brain games / TV / photos and the odd email. Therefore, it’s hard to comment on its long term reliability at this stage.

This is the first time I have used Back Market and the first refurbished tech I have purchased so I was a little wary about making this purchase. However I was really happy with the quality of the iPad and the service received by Back Market. The iPad was for my daughter’s birthday and she was delighted. Overall really good experience.
