    I placed this order on 1 July 2026, and it arrived on 3 July 2026. On the day it arrived, I noticed that the 1x camera would not focus. At first, I assumed the issue was related to the subject I was trying to photograph, but the problem has persisted across different subjects and conditions. As I purchased a device advertised as being in Excellent condition, with hardware that is "100% fully functional, tested, checked and cleaned by professional refurbishers who are vetted by Back Market," I would not expect this fault to be present.
