Received my refurbished IPhone 15 , excellent condition and superb delivery from BackMarket. It’s now a few weeks later and the mobile phone is performing really well. I chose to have a new battery and utilise the 80% battery charging option, so keeping the battery in tip top condition without over-charging. Backmarket does provide you with a choice on price and condition which accommodates the various needs and budgets of the buyer … so what’s not to like. Well done Backmarket and thank you.

If I could rate 10/5 stars I would, got an iPhone 15 in excellent condition for about £150 less than a new one from apple, came with a clear MagSafe case and charger for free and arrived in the actual iPhone box and I’m not joking when I say this it even had the plastic cover you peel off of a new phone. The phone itself was literally brand new not a scratch on it and had 100% battery capacity, only charged for 35 times and was first used in May (got it in November). Got the phone 4 days after ordering. This was literally better than buying it from apple and it apparently reduces e-waste, it’s a no brainer buying it here imo and I’ll definitely be using back market again! Thanks

I purchased a fair condition pink iPhone 15. On closer inspection of the phone I could only identify: A small scratch on the rim of the top rear camera. A very small scratch on the top edge of the screen and The battery health was 91%. I feel this phone was very good value for money, particularly with part exchanging my older iPhone 12. I would seriously consider using Back Market again for any future purchases. I am very happy with my purchase and service received. 😌

My iPhone 15 256GB arrived promptly - I opted for the second from top category and it looks almost new to me. The battery life is good too. I traded in my old iPhone and that was straight forward, with the money duly credited in a no quibble way. Very satisfied.

The screen isn’t as bright as the original one. I compared to my dad’s iPhone 15. But other than that it’s really good. My battery came on 98% and i didn’t get a new one. Cameras and everything are perfect.

Couldn’t be happier with my phone! Ordered an iPhone 15 in fair condition and was expecting it to turn up with scuffs etc, but it arrived in pristine condition. The screen looks brand new, the back has zero damage other than just a couple of marks around the camera lens (not on the actual lens itself), and it came with a brand new battery fitted. The condition was that good that I assumed they had no fair condition phones left and sent me a premium condition phone instead, that’s how good condition it was in. I’ll definitely be using this website again for my next phone purchase
