Refurbished Game consoles and video games

Xbox came very well packaged, boyfriend loved it and had no idea it was refurbished! It came out of the box looking brand new, very clean and it runs so smoothly!

Absolutely delighted with the item. Arrived in perfect condition as described, well packaged and sent really quickly. Console is working well, this is my second Back Market purchase and I will definitely use them again!

I wasn't sure what to expect initially but in the end, I can say the BackMarket service, from ordering on the website to the delivery, was great. I received my purchase on the expected day and though the device is second-hand, it works well. I honestly have bookmarked a few more items for purchase in the future.

Got it in fair condition and the only damage I found was around the usb ports overall one of the best purchases I’ve made been using it for a few hours and see no problems whatsoever all the ports work

absolutely brilliant. The box was still in good condition. The controller and console had no issues. The only problem is that I did find the charging cable for the controller apart from that well done Back Market very satisfied

I was quite nervous to the process as I’d only known 1 person to use Back Market. But I’m happy to say, I couldn’t be happier with the whole process! The device can quickly in exactly the way that was promised - and even exceeded expectations.

Xbox came working brand new with the Xbox controller. The Xbox controller started off with very little drift on the right stick but after a couple weeks the drift has become constant and becomes difficult to play with.

Quality of item was very good, everything clean and unmarked. Too early to say about long term with console but it's lost all the account details once and had to be setup again, might have been a one off glitch. Dispatch was average as was delivery so neither fast or slow. Overall a positive experience so far and I would buy again from Back Market.

Absolutely nothing to complain about - ordered regular delivery and it came next day which was fantastic. A few scratches on the body of the console and controller has some worn patches but this is to be expected as I ordered it in fair condition. Software runs like a dream, feels brand new. Very impressed!
