Our Repair & Replace service include unlimited repair for cracked screens, water damage, frops - any fault: we step in. We also step in after your 1-year refurbisher's warranty expires. Not included: theft and loss.

What does the Battery Replacement service include?

One battery replacement within 2 years of purchase, at no extra cost. Your replacement battery is high-performance and rigorously tested for safety and durability. Available for smartphones, tablets and laptops.

How is Repair & Replace different from the refurbisher’s warranty?

Your warranty comes free with every purchase and steps in for manufacturing defects — things that were wrong before you received the device. Repair & Replace goes further: it steps in for any issue affecting your device (e.g. cracked screens) that the standard warranty doesn't include.

Is there a service fee when I submit a repair request?

No. You can submit repair requests at no extra cost. If your device can’t be repaired, our partner Evy will offer you credit toward a replacement device on Back Market. A replacement fee will be deducted from this credit. The fee depends on your device’s purchase price and ranges from £20 to £100. You can find the exact replacement fee in the plan’s Terms & Conditions at checkout.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel any plan in the 30-day withdrawal period for a full refund. Monthly plans can also be canceled anytime after the first 12 months. For yearly plans, you can cancel the auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date, or within 30 days of renewal for a full refund.

Can I purchase a plan after I purchased my device?

Yes. You can add a plan up to 30 days following the purchase of your device. Go to Protection plans under your account to see if your device is still elligible.

Are the plans available for my tablet or laptop?

Yes. Both plans are available for smartphones, tablets, laptops. Repair & Replace is also available for earphones, smartwatches and consoles.
