It was my first time using Back Market, and after a couple of bad experiences with refurbished tech from other suppliers in the past I was a little apprehensive but took the plunge once I had done as much research as possible! My refurbished device arrived within 48 hours of ordering, the condition was better than expected and it looked brand new, I popped my SIM card in and spent a few minutes setting up my new Google Pixel, the whole experience was super quick, clear to understand, and surprisingly smooth.

Got the pixel 8 in excellent condition and it is pretty much brand new no scratches or blemishes anywhere and for nearly half the price of a brand new one from Google. Will definitely be using back market again in the future

Item arrived in really good condition with a cable, didn't have Google packaging but for me that's not a problem. Didn't get any updates on the phone until it basically arrived which I'm not sure is the seller's or dpds fault. Overall really good.

The phone arrived quickly and it looked practically new when opened. No scratches, marks and no fingerprints. Very happy with the purchase and no regrets. The only downside, it didn't arrive with original accessories and an original box which was already mentioned by backmarket.
