    infact, it was amazing getting my Samsung z fold 5 on backmarket a day to my holiday travel, at first i doubt and risk the delivery date which was same date for my travelling and have to travel with the phone, but to my surprise, back market delivery the phone exactly on that day (less than 48hrs). I pick good when ordering, and when I got the phone its was in excellent condition, very clean like a brand new phone, and function perfectly. Thank you so much backmarket for not disappointing me.

    Loved the phone I couldn't tell it was reconditioned. It was easy to set up and switch from my old phone. When I came to set the fingerprint scanner it wouldn't work, I then emailed Back Market and was given some instructions on how to sort it out but it didn't work. I was sent a return label and updated every step of the way unfortunately they could not fix the problem and returned my money. Even though I didn't end up with the phone I wanted I was happy with how Back Market treated me and the speed everthing was done.

    Great iPad Air 3, and given the condition was stated as ‘fair’ I was extremely impressed that it went above my expectations. Value for money was excellent even though some newer apps aren’t compatible with it (you can’t have everything) I can navigate around that, for now at least. I bought this device primarily to use with some security cameras as a viewing screen and it all works very well indeed. Overall I’m very happy and also that I’ve done my little bit for the planet by buying refurbished.
