    My husband suggested I buy this model, as he has one. My old phone was slow, and kept crashing, but the Samsung is so much better, faster and user-friendly. It was refurbished, but looked brand-new, and arrived promptly. Great quality and value.

    I'm so pleased with my tablet , not only that but I was given a brand new tablet.the only thing is that it's from an Asian market as there're was no settings for UK Region. Having said that it's doing everything that I need .. thanks backmarket

    Great iPad Air 3, and given the condition was stated as ‘fair’ I was extremely impressed that it went above my expectations. Value for money was excellent even though some newer apps aren’t compatible with it (you can’t have everything) I can navigate around that, for now at least. I bought this device primarily to use with some security cameras as a viewing screen and it all works very well indeed. Overall I’m very happy and also that I’ve done my little bit for the planet by buying refurbished.

    The Galaxy S24 Ultra was a great choice for a gift for my wife on Mother's Day. She had an S20 Ultra, so this is an upgrade and she was thrilled with her new device.     My Galaxy Tab A 32 gb arrived. I ordered FAIR , but honestly my Girfriend believes it to be brand new. Faultless even I could not believe my eyes. lol. Well all in all a great Christmas gift she is soooo happy with ..including myself. I did click on the black one but recieved the silver one. Still no issue fantastic ..or perhaps it's just the image on show on the platform. But absolutely on cloud 9.

    Works beautifully and there's very few visible scratches. In fact, I had to look really closely in order to find any, and even then, I can't really see them using the phone normally. Lovely phone, great refurbishment, great price.
