What's the difference between refurbisher warranty and insurance?
Refurbisher warranty is included in every purchase on Back Market. This warranty only covers defects and functionality issues. With our insurance plans, you can get full damage cover and other perks.
How do I report a claim?
You can report your claim at the bolttech portal within 10 working days of the date you became aware of the issue.
Can I cancel my insurance?
If you cancel your order within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of your insurance subscription if you haven’t used it.
Is my contract automatically renewed?
No. Your contract ends without any action required on your side once the date of the end of your policy is reached.
