Refurbished Dell XPS

The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

I had my doubts initially since i had always bought new. I was using a macbookpro 13 (2018) bu the screen had a problem. While waiting for it to be fixed, i got this Dell as something to use. The truth? I'm satisfied with it though it took a while to get used to it. Been using Macbook pro for a very long time. I am getting more convinced of buying refurbished products from places of high repute, if only for the sake of the earth. Thank you, Back Market, UK!

I chose 'fair' condition, this only refers to a scratch on the case. Laptop arrived fully charged with windows 11 Pro installed (thanks!) It replaces an old, slow laptop and is fast and good looking. Does everything I want it to. I've previously bought phones from Backmarket and I'm a big fan of reconditioned tech, everyone's a winner!

I bought a reconditioned DELL laptop for my husband as an anniversary gift. I chose to do it this way for a few of reasons 1)this is his first laptop 2)environmental concerns 3)great value for money I am delighted to say he was totally over the moon and is enjoying having his own laptop at last.

The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.

Arrived fast … even faster than they said it would. Immaculate condition. Would never know it was reconditioned. I’ve bought loads of stuff from here. And I’ll defo be back again.

Returned my wrong spec dell and ordered another Lenovo laptop. This time, all went perfect. Return and next purchase were both super smooth. Customer service assisted all the way on chat and call (they call you! You don’t have a number to call them). The new machine is wonderful. Love it! Great value for money. Thanks BackMarket.
