    Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! New Dell Inspiron worked out of the box - loaded with Windows 11 - seamless - the order arrived almost immediately - and for £250 it’s a great laptop for personal use - emails, net surfing and streaming videos😹😹👍🎉🎉 And for a device in fair condition it looks great / screen and keyboard are mint - one tiny flaw on outer case but for the price it’s what’s inside that counts and that’s guaranteed refurbished and that’s working just fine😹

    I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new.     Excellent laptop in great condition. I was dissapointed the the refurbishment had not extended to turning on the TPM chip,. So not only was it not upgraded to windows11 but I had to work out what was needed, delve into the BIOS and start changing settings, before the upgrade was possible. Feels like that should be a standard part of preparing a laptop for sale in 2025. All good now though, and working well.

    Let's start with the negatives as I always prefer the bad news first. Item arrived a bit dirty, lots of little fluff and dust on it. Should at least have been given a wipe before sending out! Secondly it had an Core i5 sticker on it! Almost packaged it back for a return then decided to put it on and see the specs just in case it was a mistake and it was. Laptop is Core i7 just as I ordered! Quite a silly mistake! Now that's out of the way, I want to say this will definitely not be my last time buying from Back Market! I'm so pleased with my purchase. Laptop is great!!! Delivery was fast with prompt information about status and item was well packaged to prevent any damage. Laptop is preforming marvellously and I'm really pleased with it! I was quite hesitant about buying a refurbished laptop but trusted Back Market(since I've bought phones from them in the past without complaints) and no regrets so far.
