    The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

    Honestly can't fault anything. I was looking for days unable to decide, then the device came down another £30 and it was too good not to. Laptop arrived a day before expected (bonus 1). Laptop has touchscreen even though the tech specs state it does not (bonus 2). The battery life is actually impressive and I am surprised given the laptop is refurbished (bonus 3) Condition of the laptop is very good, I ordered the "Fair" condition and honestly other than a very light scratch on the outer top case, it's perfect (bonus 4) All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long?     I like this company and what they offer, and at first the computer seemed to be working fine. But I have come across problems with the computer I bought: 1- the built-in microphone does not work; a Dell diagnostic showed me it was a hardware problem; 2- I tried to return the computer to have it repaired, before doing so I tried to reset the computer as requested by backmarket. However it is impossible to reset the computer, instead I receive this message: "could not find the recovery environment"; 3- I could not find a contact number to advise on what I should do; 4- Of less importance, when watching films/ videos, the colours do not seem right. Again I have failed to fix this issue. All these issues have been very time consuming, not what was expecting from a new computer. The reason why I haven't put a worse rating is that I have had not issues with previous purchases.

    Returned my wrong spec dell and ordered another Lenovo laptop. This time, all went perfect. Return and next purchase were both super smooth. Customer service assisted all the way on chat and call (they call you! You don’t have a number to call them). The new machine is wonderful. Love it! Great value for money. Thanks BackMarket. Let’s save more electronics from going to the landfill too soon. I highly recommend BackMarket. I will continue to buy stuff from you.
