Refurbished Dell Notebooks and laptops

Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.

Easy to order a laptop that fully met the advertised product and my expectations. Delivery time was excellent and efficient. My only disappointment is that I am unable to access what I would consider to be an operating manual, but this is more an issue with Dell rather than Back Market

I love it. Works well and it's perfect for university. Cant believe this was rated just "good" because the outward conditions are amazing. I'm going to use it for a bit to report the software. Also, mindful of the environment to not buy new.

I'm not going to complain, because for one, it works well. My only complaint is just a few visible scratches and a minor damage at the back of the laptop. Besides that, budget wise, this is a great choice.

My experience was good, the laptop arrived in better condition that I though but I was grateful because it does feel like a brand new machine. My only issue with it was that it wasn't a brand new install of Windows 11 as it had updates installed from February. There is an issue with the service tag number appearing on the Dell website so Iw asn't able to download the latest drivers for it but I was able to install support assist and install them from there but It's cool.. not worth sending back. Anyway, I am very happy with my purchase... Thank you BackMarket!!

The laptop is good in every details except the battery. I can leave it to charge for 4 hours or more while switched off ( I mean in shut down not just screen off ) then when I turn it on, the battery is only 50%. In contrast, it happened once when I charged it to 100% while plugged in and working on it while then, when I shut it down and truned it on again after a while, the battery became 40%. In another circumstance, I shut down the laptop while the battery was 50-60% then I turned it on again after a while, for a glimpse the battery was 50% and then after a few seconds, it gave me "Battery low " alert. I really like this laptop and it suits my requirement but I do think it needs a new battery. I have set up Windows 11 instead of Windows 10. I don't know if that could have affected any thing. I also did the batteey report in Windows. It gave me that the design capacity of the battery is 60,002 mWh and the current full charge capacity is 49,529 mWh meaning that the battery is 82% of its ideal condition. Is it possible if I buy a new battery because I don't want to replace the laptop and I currently want it badly and don't want to send it and lose a week or 2? Many thanks. Eslam El...

I found this beauty of a laptop on this site. Very sceptical at first but I was reassured it is safe. Got my laptop within a few days and got to work on it straight away. For a refurb it works so much better than a brand new one. Sussed out OS etc and now have a fast working new laptop. Just do your research before you buy to get what is right for you.

I ordered this laptop as a personal backup option and am pleased with the product so far - it works well, was in good physical condition (a few scratches but nothing major and just needed a little clean of the keyboard), and was dispatched and delivered quickly. I did encounter an issue with set up but both the BackMarket help team and the original seller were amazing - the original seller actually called me personally to discuss and explain the issue I had been having, and I really appreciate that.

Great laptop at a great price. Arrived in a matter of days, laptop is working really well. A huge bonus was I got a free processor upgrade - lucky me. I’d recommend black market and Premier Technologies!
