The delivery came the day it stated it would. The laptop looked almost new just a tape mark on one side that was cleaned with lightly damped cloth. It started up without any issues. Picture bright and all buttons are working so far. Battery started at 75% when first started using and it took a good 6-7 hours before it got to below 50%. I am satisfied with my purchase. I am now thinking of getting a laptop for daughter from Backmarket, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished laptop or phone.

Here's a polished review you could post: I'm very happy with my refurbished Dell Latitude 7400. The laptop arrived in good condition and works exactly as expected. There are only a few minor cosmetic scratches, which is completely acceptable for a laptop sold in **"Fair"** condition and doesn't affect its performance at all. Performance has been excellent—the laptop is fast, responsive, and handles everyday tasks with ease. Everything runs smoothly, from browsing the web and streaming videos to working with documents and multitasking. The sound quality is surprisingly good, and the backlit keyboard is a great feature that makes typing in low-light conditions much easier. Battery life seems to be pretty good, will give you a decent amount of battery hours when unplugged. Overall, the laptop feels solid, looks good despite the small cosmetic marks, and offers excellent value for the price. If you're considering a refurbished Dell Latitude 7400, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
