Refurbished HP Elitebooks

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished laptop but this one has proved me wrong..I love it ...highly recommend.

Great experience on backmarket. No complaints, came quickly and love this thing. However a few months in, the backlit keyboard is only lighting up in the middle and staying on, not going on/off as responsive to touch as it was in the begining. Therefore backlighting functionality ruined. Not sure what to do.

Laptop came in great condition, just a few scratches on the side near the charging port. Works perfectly except the mouse pad is not very sensitive and takes a few tries sometimes - not sure if it is the model or this laptop specifically. 100% recommend!

Nothing bad to say about this: Delivery estimate was 5-6 days, arrived in 2; The device itself works perfectly; As it's a Windows 10 device, and presumably had been in storage for a while, there were a large number of updates to install, but that was done and dusted in 90 minutes. Overall, a great piece of kit!

Very quick delivery, item came in prefect condition with all accessories. Responsive seller, would recommend.

Sadly it didn’t come with the pencil for the elite book x360 and can slightly hear the fan crackling otherwise it been absolutely wonderful and had literally zero problems

It's really good,the down arrow gets jammed at times but it still orks just have to use a bit of pressure
