The laptop is in great cosmetic condition - it's a good spec for a great price, and it feels durable enough that it should last for a good few yests.
While the laptop was in great cosmetic condition, the keyboard was below the standard I was expecting given the "excellent" condition tag, with two keys having been replaced fairly poorly. While I don't mind the keys looking different, the replaced keys also have dead zones on them, making touch-typing difficult.
While I did reach out to BackMarket support, they explained that the only possible resolution was for me to send the laptop back to them for repair, which would likely have taken several days for what, ultimately, is a repair job which would have cost some £20-30.
