Refurbished HP

The brand new mouse was good value for money. The refurbished dell latitude arrived on time. The cons of dell latitude is that it overheats easily. Otherwise everything is good value for money.

I got my HP laptop looking almost new if not new and got upgraded at no additional cost as a gift. it is working well, charges well, food battery life and durable. I recommend this to anyone looking to get a laptop. and not to forget delivery was really fast

Great service from back market. Shame the delivery company they use has a lot to be desired. Computer is fabulous. More than I expected for the price. I have purchased several items now and have just ordered an HP screen pen. I will use back market again.

I'm really happy about my HP laptop, I brought the Good one, I found just two small scratch so it's fine, he seems really good, I will see along the way. In the website was saying that the laptop was not touch screen but actually it's, I'm really happy about that, but they should check better the configurations so they can put the right information in the website. Very happy customer! I am very pleased with my purchase, what a bargain. The specs of the laptop are amazing for the price. I was about to buy a brand new laptop with lower specs for 4x the price of this used laptop. I paid for 'excellent' condition and the laptop is in perfect condition, except for a small blip on the screen that is noticeable only when the screen is completely black. I'm not going to complain, I was expecting worse and it's still an amazing deal. Other than that it's in pristine condition and working very well, I've had it for just under a week. Will be using back market for all my tech purchases going forward, why pay more?

Bought to replace an elderly asus laptop which disintegrated. Laptop is used for homeschooling so basic browsing and word/excel use-nothing too taxing. Didn’t want to spend on a new laptop when latest features are pretty redundant for what we need. This laptop does the job well and is a big improvement on our last one. Marked as excellent condition and would say it does look almost new. Some online reviews said it wouldn’t do Hanes like Roblox but confirm it does. All in all very happy. Arrived speedily and well packaged. Would we recommend

Great experience on backmarket. No complaints, came quickly and love this thing. However a few months in, the backlit keyboard is only lighting up in the middle and staying on, not going on/off as responsive to touch as it was in the begining. Therefore backlighting functionality ruined. Not sure what to do.

Laptop came in great condition, just a few scratches on the side near the charging port. Works perfectly except the mouse pad is not very sensitive and takes a few tries sometimes - not sure if it is the model or this laptop specifically. 100% recommend!
