What an amazing experience it was. I read all the buyers' reviews before I made the purchase and was a bit feared. But the moment I received the laptop... Everything turned positive. It took me some minutes to find the scratches, it was so clean even in fair condition. All the other specifications were as mentioned but the charger is of Lenovo, which still does the job. But I might think of a refund as I was expecting a backlit keyboard which I read in the description as well, but this model doesn't have that. It will creat a lot of trouble for my work. Overall, it is recommended to trust this platform to buy refurbished laptops. Cheers.

The delivery came the day it stated it would. The laptop looked almost new just a tape mark on one side that was cleaned with lightly damped cloth. It started up without any issues. Picture bright and all buttons are working so far. Battery started at 75% when first started using and it took a good 6-7 hours before it got to below 50%. I am satisfied with my purchase. I am now thinking of getting a laptop for daughter from Backmarket, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished laptop or phone.

I had to upgrade an older HP Elite laptop, as while it had been a good laptop for many years, it had a cracked screen, and had become really slow. I tutor online so needed a good update but on a budget. My new Lenovo laptop arrived in excellent condition, and I have used it successfully in online lessons. I felt a bit of an idiot, as I phoned help number to ask why webcam wasn’t working and they couldn’t offer technical help , which I was a bit gobsmacked at but only to exchange or refund, but then it turned out only to be the privacy switch in the cam and now works fine! 🤭 so I apologise to the helpline ladies! I would recommend Back market, as laptop was economical, with payment options, but modern enough to teach online and attend teams and Zoom meetings.

The screen is as expected and noted in reviews, not the sharpest but that’s the model itself not down to the refurb.. Can’t beat the value.
