Paris le vendredi 12 Avril 2024. Bonjour Madame, Bonjour Monsieur, J'ai bien reçu mon imprimante Brother HL-L6400DW. Elle est raccordé via USB sur mon MAC. Je n'ai pas eu besoin d'installer le pilote ,reconnaissance immédiate du modèle d'imprimante. J'ai fait une impression recto verso d'un document dont les hauteurs de caractères varies énormément. Le résultat est correct je dirais même satisfaisant de très bonne facture. Rien à redire sur la qualité. C'est excellent . Il est vrai que pour le toner, il reste un tiers d'utilisation avant son remplacement et que le compteur est à 5711 pages imprimées. Je pense que l'imprimante est en début de vie car le tambour est prévu pour une utilisation de 50 000 pages. C'est la première fois que je fais une commande de matériel d'occasion et je suis étonnamment surpris par la qualité du reconditionnement. Je vous remercie aussi pour la vitesse de livraison qui était prévue au départ pour le Lundi 15 et nous sommes Vendredi 12. Cordialement, Eric Martinet 0684838170

Nicht das erste Mal, dass wir bei Back Market ein Refurbished Gerät erwerben. Ich wollte seit langem den Brother MFC-L3770CDW haben. Neu ist der inzwischen einfach viel zu teuer. Bei Back Market gab es den für -30% incl. Versand. Artikelzustand: Gerät in Zustand "hervorragend" gekauft. Der Dokumentenzähler stand bei "0000021", Toner und Trommelzustand bei 100%. Keine Kratzer, Gerät also neuwertig. Lieferumfang: Gerät kam in der Spanien Variante. Display-Sprache Spanisch (no hay problema) Bedienungsanleitungen in ES/P/I, keine Dokumentation in D oder E. Treiber CD, Stromkabel, USB Druckerkabel, KEIN Telefonkabel. Verpackung und Versand: Kam in Original Verpackung aus Süd Spanien. Lieferung mit UPS reibungslos, 7 Tage, Tracking durch 3 Länder, alles top. Karton wies nach der Reise einige Druckstellen und Löcher auf, ohne Auswirkungen aufs Gerät. Sonstiges: Tonerkartuschen waren im Gerät verbaut (!), Transportsicherungen (falls es sowas gibt) war keine vorhanden (?). Kartuschen sassen nicht mehr 100%, sodass das Gerät laut ratterte. Fehleranzeige keine. Für die Nutzung aller Features und Setup reichen die Schnellanleitungen nicht aus, man besorgt sich also die Komplettanleitung...

Von dem Brother MFC-L3770CDW Drucker bin ich komplett begeistert. Nach eigehender Untersuchung kann ich nur sagen, dass es sich scheinbar um ein neues Gerät handelt. Der Drucker war zwar komplett zusammengesetzt, ich konnte aber keine Stelle erkennen, die auf eine vorherige Nutzung hinweist. Einzig die Verpackung sah etwas abgegriffen aus. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich hervorragende Qualität zu einem günstigen Preis erhalten habe. Vielen Dank.

Pas de réponse de Backmarket au sujet du n° de siret. Concernant l'imprimante en elle même, que du plus. Un emballage pro(tecteur) de grande qualité et une installation rapide sans difficultés majeures. L'imprimante est parfaitement fonctionnelle et conforme au critères de l'annonce.

Installation très facile malgré la langue allemande programmée par défaut et il y avait même des cartouches dans l'imprimante! Le recto_verso se fait automatiquement, sans aucune manipulation manuelle: l'imprimante "ravale " le papier pour imprimer le verso. Génial! La qualité des scans photos est correcte.Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas a retrouver les mots de apsse pour la gestion de l'imprimante en ligne, il etait sur une feuille volante (pas d'etiquette avec mdp sur la machine sur ce modèle). Aussi, sur votre site, il n'est pas possible de contacter le vendeur, sauf a signaler une panne. c'est très embetant Est il possible de me le renvoyer ? Merci
