It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Best decision I made in a while.

Great in all respects other than battery performance, which drains too quickly (and not due to apps in bg, etc). This must be a rare case, because all our other purchases of refurbished phones from Back Market have been brilliant. Disappoint though. (P.S.
