Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22

This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Very happy I chose this.

Back market experience, really good. The phone came in a decent condition and was definitely very good value for money. Android phones tend to lag a little more than iPhones when they become a couple of years old, so I am not over the moon with the phone OS, but that was definitely my choice. Back market, the supplier of the refurbished phone and the condition of the phone were all very good. I will be using this platform again for sure!

I didn't want to pay the rediculas price of a new phone as they only cost around £30 to produce. I feel that its a total rip off. so I've decided to by refurbished phone. I don't need the latest model. I purchased a Samsung s22 in good condition and im chuffed to bits with the phone. not a mark on it and it looks like new. It came well packaged. really happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend. I will definitely buy my next phone again from Back Market.

I had two personal recommendations of Back Market so I decided to give the company a try as my old Samsung (only 5 years old) was giving me problems. The service I received from Back Market was very good and I'm now very happy with my Samsung Galaxy S22 5G 128GB.

Well, what can I say? I placed an order for a 2 year old Samsung mobile to replace the slow, older model in my wife’s possession. The new(er)phone arrived swiftly, well packaged, and in the gleaming condition as described. My wife is over the moon with the phone. We are extremely pleased with the purchase and the ease of the trade in. I do have to admit to having some reservations about ordering a used phone online, but dealing with Back Market has been an absolute pleasure. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Huge thanks to all involved.

Arrived in good time. Not totally sold on the phone - battery life is poor (apparently Samsung have reduced battery capacity compared to previous models) and the fact the phone rocks when trying to text when it's on a surface - because of the raised lens - is irritating!

Really impressed with the phone that arrived. There was one tiny tiny scratch on the middle camera lens but this will not affect any photos. The rest of the phone is immaculate. I ordered a good quality S22 in green and the sender was Mr Mobilz Ltd so very impressed with the quality thank you. Smart Switch and all other features are working great.

The item was excellent quality and functions properly. Unfortunately the battery is tired and runs out of charge significantly more quickly than my old phone. I would have expected a new battery to have been fitted.
