I bought the Samsung Galaxy S22 in excellent condition. I couldn't be happier with the product. It may be refurbished but I would have no idea it wasn't brand new. It showed no signs of use (scratches or screen usage) and worked perfectly. For the fraction of the cost for a new phone, refurbished is the best way to go.

absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Have never ordered a refurbished phone before and it's all I'll do from now on. Ordered a Samsung S22 in excellent condition and it's as perfect as a factory fresh phone not even a single scratch or scruff mark on it. I had my doubts about buying a refurbished phone. didn't want to get into another 3 yr contract with voda and didn't want to spend 1k+ on a new one. The phone I have received looks basically brand new, despite ordering one in fair condition. A+ service from these guys, now spreading the word and will not hesitate to use them again 👍 🙌

Ordered Galaxy S22. delivery was quick and I'm very impressed. No issues with the actual working of the phone. but there're lots of dents on the corners of the case and scratches on the screen also a small crack on the top right hand side of the screen. The phone was rated as Fair, so perhaps that's what is expected for refurbished phones of that rating. Apart from that I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Very happy I chose this.
