However, the phone was neat and nice except that the battery wasn't so great. I also expected the camera to be superb, being 108mp, but surprisingly, it didn't meet my expectations. As a result of this, I had to return the phone, and I must say the whole process was seamless and remarkable. My customer service experience was quite outstanding.

The item arrived with in the allotted time period, but there was problems with it. Before I mention them I would like to say that Backmarket was shift to address the issues and arrange a replacement or refund. I could only make calls using a set of USB c head phones as no sound was heard from the speakers and on audio input with the built in Mike. I am waiting for conformation of a replacement unit which at the moment is being dealt with swiftly.
