Set-up was simple as expected, and I was up and running fast. Would highly recommend Back Market to replace livelihood-dependent hardware; and to help slow the 'fast tech' obsession, as opposed to refurbishing and recycling.

Phone works amazingly, you wouldn't know it wasn't brand new - my only issue is that whoever refurbished it forgot to clean the charging port...i had to pull a massive hairball out of there just to get the charger to go in. Clearly didn't get checked as thoroughly as it should have been. Regardless, the phone works fine now and I couldn't be happier.
