    Although I like new technology and gadgets I have never wanted to buy any technology product ‘brand new’ preferring to wait a while until all the ‘bugs’ had been ironed out. This is why my previous phone was a refurbished iPhone XR, which I was very happy with and had served my purposes for a few years. However as with any piece of technology it shows its age after a while which my iPhone XR was now showing. Time to change. New phones are ridiculously expensive in my opinion so I scoured the market for a decent refurbished second hand phone. Came to Back Market and saw that the prices for a refurbished iPhone 14, a good jump up from my XR, was within my budget. I was not disappointed. A great phone, in excellent condition with 92% battery, and a good price! Now protected with a decent case & screen protector. What’s not to like? I would definitely buy again from Back Market. My iPad 9th gen is getting a bit tired ……..

    I brought the phone recently and seeing at the negative comments I thought there will be a problem and I was scared if I don’t receive the phone or the parcel it self but nothing like that and I received the parcel and the condition of the phone was as mentioned excellent and also the battery was 100% and no problems I faced with the phone.

    I've already ordered a second phone; the first was an iPhone 13 Pro for my daughter. I ordered it in good condition, but the phone arrived in excellent condition, like new. The battery life is 97%. I'm very happy. I recommend it.

    Hi everyone, so I’ve upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max to iPhone 15 pro max and it was the best choice of my life because back market is a legit place to buy refurbished good and excellent iPhones extr. But in-terms of the device it self and its features it was exactly how I wanted it to be. There’s no scratches, no damages, no cracks on the screen it looks new and the camera quality is another level. I would recommend everyone to buy this iPhone best choice. Plus the battery capacity was 85%, which was more than what I expected, it lasts me the whole day and when you buy it at first and start to download data and apps straight away it will cause it to heat a little but after it cools down it comes back to normal this happened to me once on the first day that’s it.     We purchased a Fair condition phone for our daughter for Christmas. It is in fantastic condition. She is extremely happy with it. Absolutely no complaints about anything so far. The battery power is good and everything works perfectly. I'm considering a reconditioned phone when mine needs replacing. I was always a bit dubious about secondhand phones, but this has changed my mind.

    I am sooooooo glad I upgraded to an iPhone 13, I really love it. No more wanting to throw a phone against a wall. Ordering on BackMarket couldn't have been simpler. I also did the trade-in and everything happened smoothly and with a minimum of stress. Bought 'fair' and it looks mint. Wonderful! Top marks to BackMarket for a wonderful service, can't recommend them and the company who supplied my refurbished phone highly enough.
