Refurbished mobile arrived promptly and in excellent condition . transfer of apps and contacts from old phone very straight forward as was transfer of existing number. Transferring WhatsApp history was more challenging but worked in the end. Overall, I am delighted with the new phone.

A little more damage to the frame than I was expecting but really good and way more value for money than a new phone. I did have an issue getting it sent to me but easily cleared up and postage was fast. Spot on!

I bought a phone on the lowest marker (fair) it came like brand new tiny barely seeable marks around the plastic but you would need a microscope to see. I'm very happy with my purchase it's my second phone from backmarket and always come in perfect condition I would highly recommend. It's also good for the environment so why wouldn't you want to purchase a perfectly good tech for a fraction of the price and help the environment it's a no brainer. Well I don’t generally like buying such an expensive item on the internet, but after reading your reviews, I decided to try it, I am pleasantly surprised of the quality of the phone.
