    We're mindblown by the quality of service and the produce we have received. The macbook looks like box pack. Battery is 100% and has only 15 charging cycles.     The laptop is in almost perfect condition, especially considering it was graded as "Fair." The display looks excellent on the device itself, with no visible flaws. I was initially disappointed by the American keyboard layout, but I’ve since adjusted and now find it manageable. Windows appeared to be functioning properly, but I quickly replaced it with Debian KDE—and everything works flawlessly, including drivers and hardware compatibility. The device was packaged very securely, which I appreciated. However, it included a starter guide for setting up a MacBook, which seems like a clear packaging error. That said, it didn’t affect the overall quality or performance of the laptop.

    This is the second time I’ve used Back Market and again I’m so pleased I did. The Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max arrived very quickly and is in as new condition. To my surprise, it was in its original box with a brand new power cable and what appears to be a new 140W charger. Even the Apple Stickers, black ones, were in there. So far, I’ve used the machine for Affinity Photo 2, Adobe Lightroom and Topaz Denoise Ai. Everything loaded/uploaded instantly. I also tried out Aerofly FS4 simulator and ARMA 3. Both silky smooth. It seems great for games. The screen is beautiful. However, DPD delivered to the wrong place - after saying it had been delivered. I had to drive to where it was left - leaned up against a garage door in a torrential downpour. DPD just being DPD. My heart always drops when I’m informed it’s them doing the delivery because there’s ALWAYS a problem.
