Very happy with the order of MacBook Pro M1 Pro 2021 via Back Market. Laptop is in excellent condition as described and the customer service from the TA1 Mac Store couldn't be better. I had query to deal with on my order and they responded immediatley and dealt with the issue. Would recommend ordering from them.

This is the 2nd Macbook pro I have bought from Back Market and I have to say the service has been excellent. This machine is very good. Not to detract from my purchase just be aware that the older 2015 15" one I bought last year said that it came with the power supply and that included a permanently attached magsafe lead. This said this one included a power supply. but there was no lead. However I was given a £30 refund and would have bought a complete unit here. They only have magsafe and magsafe2 and I needed a magsafe3. As it is possible to charge it through USB C I bought a 3metre 240 watt lead via amazon and am using that. I have told several friends how happy I am with the outstanding service here.

My new laptop was delivered quickly, and I was very pleased with it. It was in excellent condition and seemed to be a competitive price compared to other suppliers of refurbished laptops. Very happy.

A beautiful example of a powerful MacBook. Flawless and gorgeous with original apple charger. No box, came with a standard box , well packed. Had a problem with the delivery but was sorted the same day so I got to pick it up. Would like to have been able to add insurance after purchase but that wasn’t possible. So add it before if you want it. Condition Excellent, battery almost new at 98%.

Arrived in excellent condition and worked out the box. Pleased with performance so far. More than capable of running the programs I use every day and a far more affordable way to purchase a Mac Book Pro.

Good delivery, although the MacBook itself was the US version (‘return’ instead of ‘enter’, $ instead of £, etc) which wasn’t clarified prior to ordering. It also wasn’t entirely clean when I received it and was logged in to an ‘admin’ account, so I had to erase it again and reinstall MacOS all over again. Thankfully this only took an hour, but for the promise of being ‘checked over’ this felt like a half-done job.
