    I ordered this for my husband as his existing one was really old. He is absolutely made up with this iPad, the quality is great, the screen clarity and the speed is superb as well as the battery life and he uses it quite a bit. It was packaged really, really well, I was surprised there was no iPad box but that was my mistake when you think these are refurbished. There was absolutely no signs of wear and tear, no scratches on the front or the back, it was immaculate. Really pleased with the purchase.

    I have only one issue with the device which is that the fingerprint sensor work s only intermittently. I've cleaned the sensor and my hands thoroughly multiple times and installed multiple different fingerprints, but it only works about 75% of the time

    Overall, all going alright although there has been 2 issues: 1. Battery completely drained in a minute after I plugged my phone to charge from the laptop 2. An issue once last week where the laptop did not respond from standby and power would not turn off even when holding power button for more than 6 seconds. Had to use another device and returned to the laptop at the end of the day and that's when it turned off. Am hoping these are just one off issues.
