Absolutely amazing condition. Really happy with the product and the condition and the bargain from buying refurbished. I didn't realise it didn't come with the branded matching charger but the power adapter and cable are completely functional so it's not an issue.

At first i was sceptical about buying a refurbished macbook, but my experience with backmarket has been amazing, i bought my laptop in november 2023 as i was an investment for my design course at uni, but didnt want to buy a brand new one, so i researched about refurbished mac and came across BackMarket. I read thousands of reviews and decided to give it a go. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience, my macbook arrived a few days after ordering it in an amazing condition much better than i expected and came ready to use. My only difficulty was factory resetting it as i was sceptical but once everything was reset it worked as if it was brand new. Ever since that point i use it everyday for work and recreational use and its in perfect condition. I am beyond delighted with my refurbished Macbook Air. I was nervous about purchasing a refurbished Mac but it was delivered speedily, it's clean, unmarked, fast, great battery life, fantastic value.

I went for the Excellent condition. MacBook Air came literally brand new. No dent, no scratch. Everything in perfect working condition. Came in the Apple box, sealed with charger. Delivered in two days. Setup was smooth and battery health at 100%.

Purchased a 'fair' condition MacBook Air. I was fearing the condition might not be great, but I needn't have - apart from a tiny dent on the lid, it was in impeccable condition, and the battery was at 99% health! Very pleasantly surprised. Can highly recommend these sellers, as the device was clean and well packaged. All-round great experience!

What a delightful experience it has been. I have always been very skeptical about buying used products, but given a month's return warranty, I thought I'd give it a try, and every penny was worth it. I got a brilliant MacBook air in 'excellent' condition and it looks and works like brand new. No faults at all. Highly recommended
