    Really pleased with this coffee machine. It was second hand but very well refurbished and works brilliantly. It needed a little clean when it arrived, but nothing major. It makes great coffee and performs just as well as a much more expensive new machine. I also like that buying refurbished is better for the planet and much cheaper than buying brand new. The instructions weren’t included, but it was easy enough to find them online with a quick Google search. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

    Couldn't be more impressed in all honesty. The machine arrived in super quick time and in its original box and looked absolutely brand new with zero use. There has been a learning curve with use but that is on us, otherwise the machine has worked like a dream so far and the quality of coffee has improved as we have become more accustomed to it.
