    It would be 5 star but I saw the courier drop the package - I have it on video(!) AND a photo of the resulting damage to the box. Hopefully the (exciting) reconditioned coffee machine will work fine.

    I ordered this for a Christmas gift. The delivery was slow and customer service poor on helping me get my item. It finally arrived. When my partner opened it on Christmas day it was the wrong colour. Im very happy to support the second market but when the service was this poor i will think twice about wasting my time.
