I ordered a "Fair" refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly and looks brand new, the only slight issue is that the camera has been unrecognised by apple as I think it was replaced but it works just fine.

Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.

I am delighted with my phone. This is my first iPhone and the first time I’ve bought a refurbished one. I’ve had it for just over three weeks now and I have already decided I will never buy a brand new phone again. There is no need to as this one is in perfect condition. This is my second order for an iPhone 12 Pro Max (fair) from Best4Tech. Although the first iPhone's condition overall was great it was sadly let down by its screen quality. However I saw a great deal for a 256GB model which wasn't much more in price than the 128GB version so decided to buy that and hope the screen quality wasn't an issue again. I'm pleased to advise that the phone arrived today in near perfect condition and I'm very pleased with it. Having had an iPhone 7 previously this is a huge jump forward in technology and I couldn't be happier. The only negative point is that the battery was supposed to be at least 80% capacity but this phone is at 77%. Not a huge problem as I can easily get it replaced if it becomes an issue. I've purchased three iPhone 12's for my family members since Christmas and can honestly say that Back Market is a great seller of refurb phones at a great price. Many thanks.
