When the device came I really struggled to set it up, it was like it was stuck in a loop, if I had been an older person I think I would have struggled to resolved the issue but after much googling I managed to get it to start the process to transfer from my old I phone. That said once this was sorted the phone is like new and seems to have had a new battery fitted albeit not a genuine battery.

Honestly - I am really pleased with the phone I ordered from Back Market. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. I My phone screen was completely dead and the cost of replacing it was almost the same as the price I paid for the phone I ordered. They keep me informed on the progress of the order and I was gobsmacked that I received the phone the very next day having only ordered it late afternoon the previous day! The phone came with a new charging lead and even the little pin thing that you need to remove the sim card from the old phone. I totally recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting a refurbished phone. Mine, although the same model, seems to be even better than my old phone, I also took out an extended warranty which seemed to be a very reasonable price. Thank you. Really pleased!
