So I have a disability, this has left me bed bound and I heavily rely on my phone to call for help when it's needed. I brought a refurbished one off Amazon, but it caused me so many problems. So after reading the reviews from customers on here i thought I would give it ago. I'm happy the delivery was very quick. And the phone is in good condition. The only things I can say is I ordered a pacific blue colour iPhone 12 Pro Max and I received white, and the battery health is at 87% but these aren't massive issues

I made my first order on 27th December 2024 after initially cancelling the same phone in order to order a phone with a much larger storage capacity, my phone arrived on time and when I opened the box I thought back market had sent me the wrong phone as the phone i received look like it’s a brand new device not one that’s been refurbished, in fact had the phone arrived in its original box then you would say it’s brand new, it was easy to transfer all my data from my iPhone 11 to this 12 pro max and it’s a lot quicker, the colour is vibrant never had any colours apart from Rose Gold or Gold,

Really great, ordered the phone for good condition and it was honestly excellent no complaints at all, top battery health, no scratches at all, enjoying the use so far not seen any problems. Totally worth it not sure I’ll ever buy a brand new phone again, refurbished is the way to go. Saves money for real!

Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.
