Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20

Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. This is the second phone I have purchased from Backmarket. The process was simple for each. Efficient delivery, sensible pricing. I have one slight concern with the second purchase, a Samsung S20, looks great and works well, but initial usage is showing more rapid battery draining than I would like. Would have gone for the new battery option, but there were none available. Will be keeping an eye on battery performance. Otherwise excellent service. We will see if product support is as good if the battery issue persists.

Quick Delivery and well packaged. There's a screen scratch a bit more pronounced than expected for an excellent quality phone and the battery drains slightly quicker than I'd have hoped for, but still a vast improvement on my previous phone (Samsung S10e), so all in all for the price and trade in, pretty happy with the purchase.

I ordered my phone Thursday evening and received it Saturday morning,exactly what I ordered but even better. It was like a brand new phone. All went well until I rejected something when asked, can't remember what I did but it totally messed everything up.My gallery ceased to work and Google took over all my photos. Had to get Samsung to help me,they entered my phone remotely but couldn't fix the problem and had to do a factory restore.Apart from that first problem which I think was definitely something I did I love my phone.

Have never bought a new car, and will never buy a new phone again after this purchase, arrived as described with not a single blemish as new as could be. Functions perfectly, wifey extremely happy. Don't be afraid to use this service save yourself a little fortune. I will. Rick.

Phone is in excellent condition and is working well. Have to admit I was unsure about ordering a renewed phone, but everything went well. Good to know I'm helping to reduce electrical waste. Will definitely recommend Back Market to other people.

I received a 'fair' condition phone. It had a brand new screen and I couldn't even find any marks on the back panel. I've bought a couple of fair quality handsets now and they've always been great. A recent one for my Mum had a couple of very minor, squint and you'll find it scratches on the back/sides, but scratch free screen. I'm very impressed with my new phone and will use backmarket again in a few years time, when this handset needs replacing.

Overall very happy, phone is almost good as new. Only minor issue is the glue holding the back on gapes a tiny bit and filled with sand from my pocket. And I received the wrong type of charging cable. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again though.
