Purchased Galaxy S20 128GB - Grey - Unlocked from Mobile Reborn Ltd Through Back Market and it has arrived in Excellent condition as requested. It was Double boxed with large Bubble shock absorber protection in the larger box and sponge protection in the inner box around the phone. I have run a Diagnostic through the Device Care on the phone and every thing seems to be working fine. I have only just received it and time will tell going forward so fingers crossed everything will be great. Only minor gripe was there was No Charging Cable in the box however based on the way the phone was packaged and the condition of the phone I have no hesitation in recommending Mobile Reborn Ltd/Back Market

I am very happy with the refurbished phone. Everything works as it should. The condition was stated as Good, but I would have said it was much better than that. The phone charges fine and the battery life is excellent. The phone arrived within a day or two of ordering and came with a case for it which was a nice surprise. I won't ever be buying a new phone again and will come back to Backmarket for other items in the future.

Phone is great and you wouldn't think for a second it's 2nd hand and a refurbished! Looks and works great. The only reason I marking down slightly is due to the company that my old phone was sent to via back market. They took nearly £30 off original offer saying phone was all dented and scratched. This was impossible to have happened during delivery as I'd put the phone in a case completely protected and it was in bubble wrap and padded envelope on top of it. I looked the company up and surprise surprise lots of complaints about them being dodgy and fraudsters and selling stolen phones etc. In a nutshell, back market refurb phone I got is great. But I would think twice before trading in old phones. Back market need to do some checks on who they work with
