Purchased Galaxy S20 128GB - Grey - Unlocked from Mobile Reborn Ltd Through Back Market and it has arrived in Excellent condition as requested. It was Double boxed with large Bubble shock absorber protection in the larger box and sponge protection in the inner box around the phone. I have run a Diagnostic through the Device Care on the phone and every thing seems to be working fine. I have only just received it and time will tell going forward so fingers crossed everything will be great. Only minor gripe was there was No Charging Cable in the box however based on the way the phone was packaged and the condition of the phone I have no hesitation in recommending Mobile Reborn Ltd/Back Market

Had to buy my son new phone as his was really laggy and slow. The phone arrived the next day which was a surprise to me, and the phone itself is great. No scratches or any other visible markings on it. Works fast and my son is finally happy with playing games on it as well. Would recommend back market for any electronic gift purchase, especially for kids as it’s not too expensive and still in really great condition.

The phone I received was in excellent condition. I have purchased from Backmarket previously so had no apprehension about the phone's condition and use. I purchased this for my partner who previously had a Sony. The hardest part of the setup was transferring from the old phone to the new one but it actually wasn't very difficult.
