Phone is great and you wouldn't think for a second it's 2nd hand and a refurbished! Looks and works great. The only reason I marking down slightly is due to the company that my old phone was sent to via back market. They took nearly £30 off original offer saying phone was all dented and scratched. This was impossible to have happened during delivery as I'd put the phone in a case completely protected and it was in bubble wrap and padded envelope on top of it. I looked the company up and surprise surprise lots of complaints about them being dodgy and fraudsters and selling stolen phones etc. In a nutshell, back market refurb phone I got is great. But I would think twice before trading in old phones. Back market need to do some checks on who they work with

Had to buy my son new phone as his was really laggy and slow. The phone arrived the next day which was a surprise to me, and the phone itself is great. No scratches or any other visible markings on it. Works fast and my son is finally happy with playing games on it as well. Would recommend back market for any electronic gift purchase, especially for kids as it’s not too expensive and still in really great condition.

Arrived really quickly excellent condition at a very good price it even came with a silicon cover , dibber and Sim removal keys. Cheapest refurbished S20 128gb 5g anywhere for what is a pristine unit.

I am very happy with the refurbished phone. Everything works as it should. The condition was stated as Good, but I would have said it was much better than that. The phone charges fine and the battery life is excellent. The phone arrived within a day or two of ordering and came with a case for it which was a nice surprise. I won't ever be buying a new phone again and will come back to Backmarket for other items in the future.

I purchased an S20 in excellent condition and was not disappointed!! It arrived early and well packaged. It was like brand new, not a mark on it. The setting up was the same, just like new. I'm not very tech savvy ! but I managed to set it up easily. I am so pleased I brought a recondition phone. I Would definitely recommend Back Market and will use this company again.

I ordered my phone Thursday evening and received it Saturday morning,exactly what I ordered but even better. It was like a brand new phone. All went well until I rejected something when asked, can't remember what I did but it totally messed everything up.My gallery ceased to work and Google took over all my photos. Had to get Samsung to help me,they entered my phone remotely but couldn't fix the problem and had to do a factory restore.Apart from that first problem which I think was definitely something I did I love my phone.
