    Bought a refurbished Samsung SE 20 5G cloud navy for my son's 13 th birthday recently and it is bang tidy, mint condition, my son was very very happy with it. Arrived before the time it said, came in a small bog standard box with charger lead and small pin, my son wasn't bothered that it didn't have an original box with it, I put it wrapped in a gift box. The only pain in the butt was setting everything up on the phone for my son but apart from that it works fantastic,he's using the phone like a pro, in the future I will buy a refurbished phone from this company again, excellent service all round, definitely recommend.

    Having BackMarket suggested as the place to try for a replacement phone, to be honest I was very sceptical but to be honest from my experience I would likewise recommend this site to others. The phone that I ordered arrived fairly speedily and in excellent condition and in the few weeks that I have used my Galaxy S20 FE 5G, I certainly think I made a wise purchase. If there is any concern ... that would be ... how long the battery life will be, but only time will tell on that issue. (I don't know if the battery is a component which is replaced when sold) If this proves to be an unjustified concern, I would not hesitate to shop here again.

    The phone is great, I mainly got it because my old phone's camera was cracked and its memory was full. This has lots of memory and a better camera than I had before; however it doesn't get the full colour saturation of my lava lamp. It is well refurbished, although I think there is some cleaning still to do in the charger port; the provided cable has to be in just the right position for it to charge.
