Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, it arrived the next day (phone and charger lead). The phone was in excellent condition and great value. A fantastic service from BackMarket! Highly recommend.

This was bought to replace a screen smashed pre-existing s20 fe. Fair price, fast delivery and condition as described. Quick xfer from old to new and other than setting personal preferences, some set up preferences and some logins it was smooth as silk to set up. Battery is all good as well. No issues, happy customer.

I was very happy to receive my S20FE for a reasonable/affordable price, easy to order & postage was excellent. My phone was in excellent condition, I would definately recommend back market to anyone looking for a 'used' item, so much better than paying out loads for a new item, and its more eco friendly to buy used.

Totally thrilled! Having run my trusty old G7 through the washing machine for 1hr 58mins on the hot cycle I was stunned to find it fired up instantly and performed glitch-free on all functions! If it hadn't been for the cracked screen I would have kept it for another 7 years!! Reluctantly I decided to get a replacement and chose a refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128 GB from you guys ..... brilliant ... seems like phones have evolved since my G7!! Couldn't be happier!!

I ordered the Samsung s20 fe 5g in excellent condition. It arrived after a few days which was great and it was on a deal. The phone arrived and was in great condition. I didn't see any signs of wear and tear and it appeared to work fine. That was until I put the SIM card in and it didn't detect it. I took it to a local store to try a different SIM card and that didn't work. I sent the phone back and they received it and instantly said it was not able to be repaired or exchanged so they giving me full refund. Not the best experience in regards to this site as it's first time I've used it but will give them another go as they use different sellers.

Although ordered a few weeks ago as a birthday gift, it was finally given this week. Absolutely brilliant, looks brand new. Was very well packaged and delivery was very prompt Receiver of it was blown away and totally thrilled Will be ordering again from here Thank you

I purchased my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GBrket a - Green - Unlocked - Dual-SIM after being let down by another on-line company. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended
