I purchased my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GBrket a - Green - Unlocked - Dual-SIM after being let down by another on-line company. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended

Have never bought refurbished phone for myself online before, but I am beyond impressed. The device is absolutely perfect and no different to a new phone, if not better because the prices are unbeatable.

I ordered the Samsung s20 fe 5g in excellent condition. It arrived after a few days which was great and it was on a deal. The phone arrived and was in great condition. I didn't see any signs of wear and tear and it appeared to work fine. That was until I put the SIM card in and it didn't detect it. I took it to a local store to try a different SIM card and that didn't work. I sent the phone back and they received it and instantly said it was not able to be repaired or exchanged so they giving me full refund. Not the best experience in regards to this site as it's first time I've used it but will give them another go as they use different sellers.

Totally thrilled! Having run my trusty old G7 through the washing machine for 1hr 58mins on the hot cycle I was stunned to find it fired up instantly and performed glitch-free on all functions! If it hadn't been for the cracked screen I would have kept it for another 7 years!! Reluctantly I decided to get a replacement and chose a refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128 GB from you guys ..... brilliant ... seems like phones have evolved since my G7!! Couldn't be happier!!

This was the first time I've purchased a reconditioned phone (samsung FE20), I was so pleased with the phone it was in immaculate condition, and from start to finished I was kept informed of what stage the delivery was at Thank you 😊

I purchased 2 Galaxy S20 FE 5G both look like new could not find a mark on either one both work perfectly fine. Only problem they are not supplied with a charger, not a big deal as fast chargers are readily available on certain web sites.

Having BackMarket suggested as the place to try for a replacement phone, to be honest I was very sceptical but to be honest from my experience I would likewise recommend this site to others. The phone that I ordered arrived fairly speedily and in excellent condition and in the few weeks that I have used my Galaxy S20 FE 5G, I certainly think I made a wise purchase. If there is any concern ... that would be ... how long the battery life will be, but only time will tell on that issue. (I don't know if the battery is a component which is replaced when sold) If this proves to be an unjustified concern, I would not hesitate to shop here again.
