So impressed with my purchase of the Samsung A14. It arrived like brand new all wrapped in its box. Immaculate condition as described. Really good price and super fast delivery. Will definitely recommend to everyone to visit here first before going elsewhere.

I bought this purely as a spare phone to play my music on in my truck at work and leave my main phone as a phone. The A14 is bigger than expected and slower than the S series I'm use to but it does what I bought it for and battery life is good.

I don't want the latest hi-tech, I just needed something functional to replace an old 3G phone no longer supported. The Galaxy does the job I want; camera could be better but never mind. For the price I paid it's exactly right. Dealings with backmarket and seller were hassle-free.

loving the new phone much better than my old Huawei Phone as good as new purchase couldn't have been easier delivered on time and well packaged. Whole experience has made me question whether to buy new ever again

i am really satisfied with the condition my product came alongside havjng 98%batterey health far exceeding the promosed 85%.i believe however the packaging could have been alot better considering i ordered in excellent conditon.

I am happy with my new phone and exchange price being offerred for my old phone . I have a few days left to complete the process but feel extremely uncomfortable with being asked for photo id : uploading my passport or drivers license which could be used in identity fraud. BM already have my old iphone in their posession. I sent trade in good faith that I could trade in for a discount. I think this will put other customers off. What else can be done to receive the money back promised?

The product arrived on time and was securely packaged. The phone is in very good condition and I am delighted with it. I am an older user but find the phone very easy to navigate and use. Overall I am very pleased with both the product and the service from Back Market. Thank you!
