Ordered an excellent condition Samsung A14 for my daughter. It looks like a brand new phone. Was so impressed that I ordered another for myself. Both phones arrived earlier than estimated. Phone was delivered 2 days after ordering & well before the estimated dates, which was brilliant. Wouldn't think it was a refurbished phone, it was immaculate,no scratches,marks etc. Even the box looked brand new. I am delighted with my new phone.Although I was trying to do the right thing and buy a refurbished one, getting a new one for the same price was a bonus! I presume they were somehow surplus. Order and delivery was very efficient. I couldn't work out the model number of my old phone but would be happy to send it to you for recycling if that's an option? I couldn't believe how cheap this phone was £120 for a literally a reconditioned brand new phone. I read up about the phone and it states that it's sluggish and takes age's to charge. I disagree with that I would recommend this to anyone who wants a decent phone for a fraction of the price. Needed a new phone as my previous one didn't have enough storage. Chose a refurbished phone as you get value for money and was not disappointed. The delivery was extremely quick and when we got the phone it was in excellent condition. (I couldn't tell it was refurbished) There were no issues with the phone and it was fairly easy to setup.
