I've purchased two refurbished Samsung phones from Back Market over the last few years, and on both occasions the ordering process, delivery and overall customer service have been excellent. What makes matters more frustrating is that the only option appears to be returning the phone for assessment, leaving me without a device that I depend on for managing my health. The buying experience was excellent, but the quality of the device and the practicalities of resolving the issue have left me disappointed. Until this is resolved, I can't justify rating the experience any higher than two stars.
