4.9/5In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

4.1/5Overall the mobile was in good condition, saw several little knocks on the edge of the mobile, but maybe that's expected as it was in the 'good' range. Screen was impeccable. Outer packing great, but expected inner packaging to be more than a single layer of bubble wrap. No complaints as its an excellent mobile at a fair price, hence 4/5. This is my 4th purchase from Back Market and you've not failed me yet. Well done!

4.5/5Phone in great condition. First time buyer. Very pleased with my purchase. The phone did not come in the original box/packaging but not really important. The only sign of usage was a bit of grime at the top (front) inside the crevice between the screen and the frame. Just needed some cleaning, that's all. Glad I saved lots of money by buying from here. New is for suckers. Will definitely buy from here again.

5/5Really happy with the phone and the quality of the refurb. There are very minor nicks and scratches on the sides that appear on any phone after minimal use even with a case, so that's to be expected. But everything else is honestly as if it was brand new.
