4.9/5In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.
