Phone was delivered earlier than expected, the phone itself (s23+)is like new no issues at all, would highly recommend purchasing a refurbished phone from back market.

Overall the mobile was in good condition, saw several little knocks on the edge of the mobile, but maybe that's expected as it was in the 'good' range. Screen was impeccable. Outer packing great, but expected inner packaging to be more than a single layer of bubble wrap. No complaints as its an excellent mobile at a fair price, hence 4/5. This is my 4th purchase from Back Market and you've not failed me yet. Well done!

Received in excellent condition, couple of weeks ago. Packed well but packaging was damaged so was expecting the worst. But no, all good. I took a long time to choose, wanted one that took good photos especially for diving! Haven't been able to test that yet. But pleased with the phone overall. Service by Back Market was great. Easy to order. Arrived in 3 days from ordering. Updated regularly on the shipping status. All good.

Really happy with the phone and the quality of the refurb. There are very minor nicks and scratches on the sides that appear on any phone after minimal use even with a case, so that's to be expected. But everything else is honestly as if it was brand new.

I like the phone its in good condition as listed. Only thing I didn't like was that it was korean with Korean KT software which stays with the phone and thus alerts me when i turn my data on and off. I cannot otherwise complain with it at this price. Also, the delivery was well ahead of schedule, so was pleased with that.
