i am really pleased with my new phone, and happy with the process of buying it through backmarket :) my daughter told me about you, and its meant i could have afford much better device by buying second hand. i am very much into recycling and upcycling so i love the ethos that discarded things should be refurbished and used rather than just chucked way. i am very pleased to have a warranty, and it was great to be able to cancel my first order which i hadnt thought through everything i needed in a phone. being able to cancel before it was shipped and then order something more suitable was a really easy process. i did notice that when i had a question it was not very easy to get in touch with backmarket - i hope it will be better should i need to use the warranty. the only negative thing is that the charging cable that came with my phone didnt work, it was broken. it didnt matter because i already had one, but if i had not got one already that would have been a pain. but overall im really pleased and i love my new phone :)

I chose the fair condition option. While there are a few minor scratches on the screen, they’re barely noticeable once a screen protector is applied. However, I’ve noticed the phone occasionally gets quite hot—sometimes during regular charging (even when not in use), during initial setup, and at random times. I'm not sure if this is due to the phone itself or because it’s refurbished. That said, I’m very pleased overall. It’s a great product and excellent value for money.

Second time returning to Back Market for a refurbished phone. I was never fond of the thought of a refurbished phone until I took the risk and saw how good they were! The model I brought was 'good' condition and there isn't a single scratch or mark on it. Lovely beige and silver edging! Responds fast, battery is amazing, is like brand new phone! Also traded my old phone in for cash straight to my bank. Very happy all round! Highly recommend Back Market!

The last phone i got from you was a galaxy 7 edge, which has been a very good phone, I needed to upgrade so i got from you a galaxy S23+, As before the phone arrived quickly and it is in very good codition, it looks new. I am pleased with phone and the service i got from BackMarket, Thank You.

In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

I bought a S23+ 512GB Ram, Fair status. Have few small scratches on one side, but with a cover I can't see it. About software is running very good as new. I received last update from Samsung. One UI version 7.0 and Android 15. Battery is enough for my daily use and more. (With my all phone wasn't enough battery for half day) I am happy for this phone and for the good price.
