I ordered an S23 ultra in good condition, had a tiny scuff mark on the top of the case, not realy noticeable at all. The battery life is excellent and so far seems as good as new. The screen has no marks or scratches,the cameras all excellent and pristine. Highly recommend buying a refurbished phone and would probably use back market again in the future.

I bought a refurbished s23 ultra in good, and the phone is perfect, I really couldn't see any marks on it, but that wasn't an issue as I always use a case. But when the time comes I will buy from back market again.

Fantastic experience with BackMarket. First time I'd bought a refurbished phone and it was a great success. The phone is in exceptional condition, looks the part and functions at 100%. I was concerned about the battery life but the phone exceeded expectations and for a fraction of the price. what can I say, was very apprehensive as this was my first experience of buying a refurbished phone but on arrival of my S23 ultra I was amazed, I spent 30 minutes looking at it like a lovestruck teenager and as a 66 year old quality executive that's quite a thing, my new phone had NO visible defects whatsoever and the battery was spot on, all functions work well and the camera WOW, can't wait to get this bad boy on vacation and start taking some magnificent photos. ☆☆☆☆☆ Service ☆☆☆☆☆ Product I will be back next for a new phone for the good lady wife.

Phone works perfectly, and for almost half what they sell for new. I ordered a Galaxy S23 Ultra in fair condition, what I received exceeded my expectations. There were minor scratches on the screen that were only noticeable when a bright light was shone on them. There were also one or two scratches that were more significant, but not noticeable when the screen was on and these disappeared completely with the application of a decent Dome Glass screen protector. The back of the case was in excellent condition, but there were a few scratches around the charge port, and some small dents on the camera surrounds, no scratches on the actual lens. With a case and some camera lens protectors on its not noticeable at all. Only problem was the charge cable wasn't good enough, the phone would complain that it wasn't connected securely, after switching to one from another Samsung phone it worked fine. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and would buy from Back Market resellers again.
