    This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

    This is the second phone I have purchased from Backmarket. The process was simple for each. Efficient delivery, sensible pricing. I have one slight concern with the second purchase, a Samsung S20, looks great and works well, but initial usage is showing more rapid battery draining than I would like. Would have gone for the new battery option, but there were none available. Will be keeping an eye on battery performance. Otherwise excellent service. We will see if product support is as good if the battery issue persists.

    Quick Delivery and well packaged. There's a screen scratch a bit more pronounced than expected for an excellent quality phone and the battery drains slightly quicker than I'd have hoped for, but still a vast improvement on my previous phone (Samsung S10e), so all in all for the price and trade in, pretty happy with the purchase.
