I am over the moon with this S20 phone. I was a little worried before I bought it, because it is second-hand. But Back Market have done an amazing job at refurbishing it. It honestly is superb.

Arrived next day, well packed, correct spec as advertised, was supposed to be "excellent" but I couldn't see anything that made it less than "pristine". Works perfectly, price was good, what's not to like! Very pleased.

Bought to replace my wife's galaxy s10, 5g has just gone live in the area so it was time for an upgrade. Phone is in excellent condition! better than I expected and arrived very quickly. My wife is very pleased.

There are several issues that I have with this item. Korean software (complete with Korean script) has been left on the phone and I have been unable to remove it. Also, sound notifications for text messages don't always work. Since I only use this item sporadically and the technology is far more than I require, I am happy to continue with these minor irritations.
