Needed to up grade from Samsung a12. However didn't want to spend, money on a new phone. So went for refurbished Samsung S20 128GB. No issues in ordering from black market, process was straight forward. Phone arrived very quickly, well packed. On opening the phone it looks new, can not find any marks or blemishes. So yes very pleased with my phone. Most likely be back, next time i need to change my phone. Thanks to al at BM..

So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.

Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. He didn't even realise it was refurbished. The only give away was lack of Samsung box. The phone is in PERFECT order, looks brand new and I have one happy son. happy days. 😁

This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I'm pleased with the one I received, it didn't have a mark on it and even still had the original screen protection in place. However, I'm not a fan of the way the prices regularly fluctuate on the site as I feel it is an unnecessary and exploitative practice for an otherwise valid business model. Also the USB3 cable supplied is very flimsy.

I was not happy when the phone I ordered and paid for wasn't available for some reason, but the mix up was swiftly corrected when I ordered another phone which was delivered very swiftly and I have to say thet it is like new, very happy.
