Phone arrived within 72 hours and although the charger was faulty this was replaced immediately without fuss. Customer service is excellent. Can't fault this phone as well. Looks in A1 condition as promised. Battery life is great like new. Screen is amazing. Very stylish. Motorola Edge comes with a protective case thank goodness as the screen wraps around the edge. A wallet style phone case is hard to find however if you want extra protection. Ordered one eventually on Amazon. Coming on a slow boat from China though.

I've had the phone for 24 hours and I am very happy with it, so far. I've found nothing to complain about with the product, or the customer service. This is the third item I've purchased from backmarket.fr (I'm typing this on my Dell Latitude 5480) and never had cause for complaint. Four stars? There was no charger, just a cable, despite backmarket stating there was one. Fortunately, my old Moto G7 Power charger will work with the Edge. Despite paying extra for express 2-day delivery, UPS made a total cock-up of their part and it took four days and virtually no information from them before it finally arrived. When it eventually did, despite their website insisting a signature was required, it was left in my mailbox. Had I known that was how it would arrive I would not have wasted three frustrating days confined to the house. UPS.fr has lost another customer.
