    Bought a iPhone 14 pro in 'good' conditions and I am very happy with it. Arrived with no scratches front and back and it works perfectly, have not found any fault with it and the 120hz screen is lovely. Battery life is at 87% which is higher then I expected from a refurbished phone. Will look to get a replacement for my wife as well soon.

    I was very sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone but in all honesty I am shocked at the pristine condition the phone is in! I opted for the iPhone 14 pro as a Christmas gift for my daughter, in excellent condition with no new battery and there isn’t 1 mark, scratch or scuff on it! It wasn’t in it’s original box but did have a charging cable and battery health is at 87%. It is half of the price brand new and to look at, it looks like it is new! Extremely pleased with it and will be purchasing again.

    I bought the premium refurbished iphone 14 pro and I would say you couldn’t tell it from brand new. The screen, body and battery were/felt brand new. Well worth spending the extra! The phone was also shipped quickly, and the whole service with backmarket in general is great. I really recommend using backmarket to buy quality refurbished products :)

    My iPhone 14 pro came totally clean and with no scratches at all both on the screen and the body, at good condition! Battery health was at 90% and everything has been working since I got it a few weeks ago. Very worth it, would recommend to others as except for battery health there's no difference between new and refurbished.

    The phone I purchased has been absolutely incredible I have no complaints about it, the only part of this process that has been negative is the trade-in process. According to the refurbisher bandi-coot my old phone is still connected to my iCloud account I have sent them proof that it isn’t as I fully wiped the phone and removed it from the find my part of my apple account, I have received nothing in response and they only have until the 31st of December to complete the process, I do not know what will happen if they cannot complete it and it has ruined the experience for me.

    There phone was delayed by one day from the expected delivery date which was annoying not a problem. The refurbished phone had 88% battery health and lasts well through the day. The condition of the phone (very good) was above expectations. The screen was flawless and the body was in good shape other than a couple of nicks on the edges, which are covered by the case anyway. After 15 years using Android, I'm still getting used to some of the missing features on iPhones but the phone does function well, especially good quality camera. The only flaw was that the head of the provided USB cable slides off and down there cable when you disconnect from the phone. A cheap ineffective accessory.
