Galaxy S20 5G 128GB - Red - Unlocked

This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

Arrived next day, well packed, correct spec as advertised, was supposed to be "excellent" but I couldn't see anything that made it less than "pristine". Works perfectly, price was good, what's not to like! Very pleased.

Bought to replace my wife's galaxy s10, 5g has just gone live in the area so it was time for an upgrade. Phone is in excellent condition! better than I expected and arrived very quickly. My wife is very pleased.

Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. He didn't even realise it was refurbished. The only give away was lack of Samsung box. The phone is in PERFECT order, looks brand new and I have one happy son. happy days. 😁

So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.

Very happy with the quality of the product I have received. Backmarket is very well organised and informative. Really does help save us money by allowing us to purchase refurbished phones that still work perfectly, but not at the exorbitant prices that new phones are sold for. I also really enjoyed the option for different levels of quality, colour options etc. which alter the price very fairly. Overall very satisfied with it all. I will come back here in future, no need for new phones anymore as far as I am concerned.
