This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.

This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I'm pleased with the one I received, it didn't have a mark on it and even still had the original screen protection in place. However, I'm not a fan of the way the prices regularly fluctuate on the site as I feel it is an unnecessary and exploitative practice for an otherwise valid business model.
